PRODUCT INFO

Candles will come in 8 or 16 ounce jars and are assigned at random, based on availability. 

Mystery candles can be one of three things:
* A multi-layered candle with several different scents in one vessel
* A scent that has recently undergone reformulation and therefore smells similar to one of our signature scents
* A candle that has been mislabeled or multi-labeled

Multi-layer candles: When we’re pouring a large batch of one fragrance, we sometimes end up with just a little leftover. When this happens, we fill a pre-wicked jar with the leftovers until it’s full. What you end up with is often a candle with 5 or more layers! 

Similar scents: When we test a new fragrance (or have to reformulate one), we pour several different candles to test. Typically we get it right with the first one or two, which leaves a handful of other candles that smell similar, but not quite as accurate as we’d like. 

In the past these candles have been used in the homes of our friends and families, but we’re growing and now have plenty to share with you!

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
