*Please note, ALL Loews resorts at Universal Orlando (with the exception of Hard Rock) use the same scent. The strength varies from resort to resort, which can make the scents seem similar, but it is the same scent for each location (Portofino, Sapphire Falls, and Royal Pacific).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Burning Instructions
Trim wick to 1/4" before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings, Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn candle for more than four hours at a time. Stop use when only 1/4" of wax remains.
